B1 SEARCH
- Finding the best-suited property needs a good knowledge of available property, research and time
- We plan a day of visits to properties including lunch and local transport
- €200,- and this package will be free of charge in case a property is acquired through ONE IN A MILLION properties
B2 NIE (solo por extranjeros)
- We arrange your NIE (Identification Number for Foreigners) necessary when you buy a house in Spain. For some countries additional notary local costs will apply (Please contact us for more information)
- A charge of €100,-
B3 LEGAL
- We check all the paperwork being the ‘Escritura’ and ‘Nota Simple’ (Notary act) ‘Cadastro’ (Cadaster,) and Tax (IBI /municipal tax)
- We will introduce you to trusted and independent legal offices
- A charge of €200,- , will be free of charge in case a property is acquired through ONE IN A MILLION properties.
B4 CONSTRUCTION
- We can introduce you to local trustworthy and independent constructors/plumbers/carpenters/electricity and translate your construction questions.
- Supply at least two independent quotes of reliable independent local constructors
- We check and apply for permits at local government. We arrange the communication with the municipal architect
- Charge €300,-
B5 REGISTRO
- In case a house is acquired without a mortgage we will register the property at the register with is obligatory. We’ll guide you in filling in the forms and pay the 8% acquire tax /impuesto transmissiones patrimoniales (in case the property is completely new this will be 10%)
